Jon is a fierce advocate and trial lawyer who works tirelessly to deliver justice for people who have been catastrophically injured by the wrongdoing of others.
Before joining VSCP LAW, Jon was a partner at a litigation boutique where he represented product manufacturers and other corporate defendants in complex state and federal personal injury litigation throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Jon now uses his intimate understanding of how corporations and their insurers respond to litigation to maximize compensation for his clients.
Jon graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he took part in Temple’s renowned trial advocacy program. He also served on the Executive Board of Temple’s Moot Court Honor Society, was a Research Editor for Temple’s International and Comparative Law Journal and was awarded the Law Faculty Academic Scholarship for three consecutive years.
Jon has been recognized as among the best lawyers in Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers – an independent rating group – every year since 2018. He has published multiple articles on developing areas of Pennsylvania product liability law and spoken about unique concerns that arise in personal injury litigation involving medical devices and pharmaceuticals. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the federal district courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd, 6th, and 10th Circuits.
Jon was born and raised in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania but has lived in the Philadelphia area for well over a decade. As an Eagle Scout and the son of an elementary school teacher and mail carrier, Jon knows the value of hard work.
When not practicing law, Jon enjoys golfing with his wife and spending time with his young son.
