Ariel is a fierce trial lawyer and compassionate advocate at VSCP LAW, where she is committed to securing justice for individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries. With a deep understanding of the legal system and a client-first approach, Ariel ensures that every client receives the dedicated representation they deserve.
Before joining VSCP LAW, Ariel developed a strong foundation in litigation and client advocacy through her work representing injured workers in complex workers’ compensation matters. She handled cases involving a wide range of workplace injuries—from repetitive trauma to catastrophic accidents—helping clients navigate the intricacies of the workers’ compensation system. Ariel championed her clients’ rights, making sure they got the medical attention, wage loss benefits, and ongoing support essential to their recovery. Her work in this area reflects her deep commitment to standing up for those whose lives have been disrupted by injury.
Ariel also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a wide range of cases and stood alongside victims of crime—offering both legal support and personal guidance throughout the trial process.
Ariel earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she concentrated in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Her leadership and legal acumen were evident during her time as Lead Research Editor for Drexel Law Review (Volume XV), and as a standout competitor on the law school’s nationally recognized Trial Team. Her advocacy skills took her to the semi-finals of the University of Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament.
A proud graduate of Penn State University, Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Movement Science. Her background in the science of human movement provides her with a unique edge in personal injury litigation, allowing her to understand, articulate, and advocate around the complex medical issues often at the heart of the cases.
Outside of the office, Ariel enjoys staying active through fitness classes, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors whenever the sun is shining.
